OUR TWO-CUSTOMER PHILOSOPHY

Your guests are VIPs.

ATTENTION NEEDS SPACE

A select few journeys.
Room for exceptional wishes.

We look after just one or two journeys at a time, giving your guests and you the attention an extraordinary journey deserves.

Privacy & discretion

Private vehicles, carefully selected villas and retreats, and confidential coordination create space for time entirely your own.

Security & personal care

Personal welcomes, coordinated transfers and additional security arrangements are organised around your guests’ requirements.

Exceptional arrangements

Private flights, concierge and butler services, dining in a remarkable setting or a personal celebration: we work through the details with you.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

From the first conversation
to the final day.

We listen.

Tell us about your guests, their wishes and their requirements for care and discretion.

Kevin plans personally.

We prepare an individual proposal and agree the route, accommodation and arrangements with you.

We care on the ground.

Kevin coordinates delivery and remains personally available to you throughout the journey we look after.

OUR REMUNERATION MODEL

You pay for our work.
Transparently.

We pass on the purchasing rates we negotiate on the ground. Our planning and personal care are remunerated through an agreed base fee and a fee per travel day – without a percentage TTC markup on lodge rates or other travel costs.

You can see what your guests receive and what you pay us for. You remain in control of your own selling price.

CONNECTED TO HOME

A host by conviction.

Family, hospitality and the communities around Mount Meru shape Kevin’s approach. On request, personal encounters can be arranged, from preparing coffee with local hosts to a culinary evening in Arusha, always agreed with those welcoming your guests.

Kevin takes an interest in local projects including The Small Things in Nkoaranga. Through his work he also hopes to create opportunities for his family and local community.
